Lara Grill Set to Shine Again at 2025 Turkish Restaurant & Takeaway Awards
Lara Grill, a popular Turkish restaurant in Dagenham, has won the “Best Takeaway in South and East London” at the Turkish Restaurant & Takeaway Awards (TURTA). Known for its authentic Turkish and Mediterranean dishes, the Whalebone Lane eatery has become a local favourite. The award recognises Lara Grill’s quality, service, and community impact. Local MP Margaret Mullane congratulated the restaurant for its success. The 3rd TURTA Awards Lunch will be held on 3rd November 2025 at the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane Hotel.
